My name is Karen Shaheen and I am running for North Allegheny School Board. I am a fiscal conservative, stay-at-home mother of 3 daughters that are attend North Allegheny. My 20 years of Accounting/Auditing will be an asset to the School Board. I have been a dedicated volunteer at my daughter's school for the past 6 years, which gives me a hands-on knowledge of what is going on and what other parents are concerned about.
